The Kuwait Osteoporosis Society was participating in the awareness day for the public, organized by the Western Hawally Primary Care Center on April 23, 2018.
The event included several departments and non-profit organizations and from private sector. KOPS provided for the public medical consultations, application of the FRAX Fracture Risk Assessment Tool and estimating the heel bone mineral density measurement to classify risk of fractures in high risk individuals. KOPS was delighted to be part of this event.
